The next classes will be held over the Summer of 08/09 from Boxing Day until Jan 26th.
These fun and friendly classes are held daily in Ganes Reserve (between SLSC and tennis courts) from 8am. (Also note - the park has shady areas so we can all practice out of the direct sunlight on hot days.)
All levels of experience are welcome. Join Lucy for an enlivening yoga practice.
